Today's Recipe - Blueberry Cake

Ingredents: Oven Temp: 325 F-160 C2 cups refined flour1 ? cups sugar-powdered2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 cup butter 1 cup blueberries-cleaned and washed3 eggsa 10? round cake tin, lined with grease-proof paper

Method: Mix all the ingredients together, and beat a little with a wooden spoon, till well blended and transfer into the cake tin. Bake in the pre-heated oven 40-45 minutes or till done (a knife pierced in should come out clean). Add the salt after you have fried them and taken them out of the oil.
