Ingredents: 2 cups milk1/4 cup custard powder1/4 cup sugar or to tastesugar to garnish the custard
Method: Mix the sugar and custard powder into 1/4 cup of the milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Lower the heat and add the sugar and custard solution. Mix well and let it come to a boil again, stirring all the time so that it does not scorch. After it comes to a boil again, take it off the heat and transfer on to a serving dish. Sprinkle some sugar over it. Leave to cool and then refrigerate till set. Serve chilled.
