Today's Recipe - Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredents: 120 gm boneless chicken breasts1/2 tsp garlic paste1/2 tsp ginger paste2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce1 tbsp oil1/2 tsp sesame (white til) seeds-roasted

Method: Cut the chicken into desired sized cubes. Marinate the chicken, garlic, ginger and teriyaki sauce together for an hour or so. Heat the oil and add the chicken. Saut?ver high heat, till chicken is opaque. Add 1-2 tbsp water and let it come to a boil, then simmer over low heat, till chicken is tender, stirring a few times. Serve hot garnished with the sesame seeds.
