Ingredents: 200 gm chicken julienne100 gm butter50 gm onions10 gm garlic60 gm capsicum60 gm tomatoes3-4 black olivesspinach-boiled and saut?potato-boiled and saut?carrots-boiled and saut?beans-boiled and saut?60 ml White Winesalt and pepper-to taste

Method: Heat butter and saut?nions and garlic for about a minute.Add chicken and quick fry on high heat until chicken gets a brown texture on the outside.Add capsicum and tomatoes and saut?or a minute. Then add the white wine and season with salt and pepper.Add the black olives and serve with vegetables.
