Today's Recipe - Missi Roti and Chicken Salad

Ingredents: Missi roti100 gm finely chopped fenugreek leaves2 tsp fresh ginger2 chopped green chillies80 gm chickpea flour25 gm whole wheat floursalt15 ml groundnut oilChicken Salad2 chicken breasts20 ml sesame oil1 tsp garlic paste? tsp red chilli paste? tsp strong mustard? tsp fennel powderjuice 1 lemon? tsp turmeric powder1 ? tsp coriander powdersalt70 ml hung yoghurt

Method: Mix all the ingredients for the missi roti into a firm dough.Roll out until four mm thick and cut small circles. roast in a tandoor or on a flat griddle.Serve with the chicken.For the chicken salad, slice the meat into thin slivers. Marinate in lemon juice and salt for about an hour. Mix well with remaining ingredients. Set aside for 30 minutes.Stir-fry for a few minutes until colored and cooked.Serve with missi roti and mango chutney.
