Ingredents: 200 gm chicken malai kababpinch of garam masala60 ml cream30 gm butterpinch of kasoori methiMakhni Sauce200 gm tomato puree100 gm tomatoes60 gm onions5 gm ginger2 green chilliessalt and pepper- to taste1 tsp garam masala3 tbsp oil50 gm fresh corianderpinch of red chilli powder
Method: Heat oil in a kadahi and make the makhni sauce.Add the onions, ginger, green chillies and the garam masala and saut?or a minute.Add the tomatoes, the tomato puree and cook for 15 minutes.Add the chicken pieces and butter and cook for 2 minutes.Add the cream, season and garnish with kasoori methi and a pinch of garam masala.
