Ingredents: 1 diced onion 1 tbsp oil1 tbsp Rechiade masala350 gm cooked, Shredded chicken 6 medium sized papadsaltOil for deep frying Masala1 tsp cumin seeds 50 red chillies 2" stick of cinnamon 8 cloves ? " piece of ginger1 tsp thick tamarind pulp1 ? tsp sugar 3-4 tbsp malt vinegar 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tsp peppercorns1 ? " piece turmeric15 cloves garlic1 chopped onion4 tbsp oil salt
Method: To prepare the masala, grind the onion, garlic and spices in vinegar add the tamarind, sugar and salt. Saut?a> in oil for 5-6 minutes.For the filling, saut?he onion in oil, add the masala and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cool, add the chicken and season. Moisten papad with water and fill with chicken. Roll, seal and Deep fry seam-side down in hot oil. Serve immediately.
