Ingredents: 1 kg chicken200 ml yoghurt150 gm tomato puree500 gm onions-made into brown onion paste1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste1 tbsp of turmeric powder2 tsp of red chilli powder or to taste1 tbsp of salt or to taste150 g clarified butter (2/3 cup approx.)1 tsp of garam masala
Method: Add yoghurt, tomato puree, brown onion paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and clarified butter to the pan. Mix it well. Now place the pan on fire and cook the masala till the oil separates.Then add chicken and garam masala, mix well and cook till the chicken is done.Chicken Curry is ready to eat. Serve hot with tandoori roti or rice.
