Ingredents: 4 pieces of curry-cut chicken2 tbsp mustard oil1 bay leaf1 cinnamon stick2 cardamoms2 clovespinch of mace2 tbsp chopped onions1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste1 tsp red chilli paste1 tsp coriander paste1 tsp cumin paste1/2 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp saltwater1/2 tsp garam masala pastecoriander leaves
Method: In a pan heat the oil and add the bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, mace, onions, ginger garlic paste and saut?ell.Then add the red chilli paste, coriander paste, cumin paste, turmeric paste, salt, water and chiken. To this add a little more water and cover and cook for 10 minutes. To this add the garam masala paste and coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with rice.
