Ingredents: 50 gm cinnamon200 gm dry coconut (grated)4 tbsp dhania powdersalt to taste1 chicken25 gm cloves25 gm marathi mogga25 gm cardamom3 tbsp chilli powder5 chopped onions50 gm coriander1 tsp turmericMasala paste250 gm cashewnuts100 gm ginger200 gm garlic10 tbsp oil
Method: Stuff the chicken with masala paste and tie legs and stomach with thread.Put chicken into a pan with oil. Add second extract of coconut milk and cook for 20 minutes till oil floats.Cut the chicken into pieces and keep aside.Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and onions in hot oil. Cook until onions are brown.Add chicken pieces and fry until it turns blackish brown.Serve with rice or vegetable pulao.
