Ingredents: tomato juice (you can use the tinned variety)tomatoes-blanched & chopped finely chopped capsicumonion and garlic salt & pepperred chilli saucebread croutons chopped parsley for garnish

Method: Put all ingredients except the tomato juice into a mixer and Blend to a puree. Slowly add the tomato juice and blend well. Serve chilled and garnished with the parsley and the croutons.
