Ingredents: 1 jug water3 tbsp coconut oil2 eggs1/2 tsp refined flour2 crushed cardamoms1 tsp sugarraisins to taste

Method: Prepare a paste of eggs, refined flour, cardamoms and sugar.Pour the paste in the cups of the steam vessel.Fill the bottom of the vessel with water and place on fire for ten minutes.Remove the steamed and ready Batla Aapam from the cups and Garnish with raisins.Serve and enjoy.
