Ingredents: 500 gm fish-cut into small pieces400 gm onions-finally chopped4 green chillies-sliced2 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp turmeric powder1 tomato1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste2 tbsp coriander leaves? cup oilsalt to tasteTo marinade fish ? tsp red chilli powder? tsp turmeric powdersalt to taste
Method: Marinade the fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for ? an hour.Fry fish pieces in oil till they turn golden brown.Now add onions and green chillies in that same oil and fry it till they turn golden brown.Now add all dry powders, ginger, garlic paste, salt and tomato, fry until it leaves its oil. Add water, when it starts to boil, add fried fish and boil for another 5 to 7 minutes.Chepala Eguru is now ready to serve, before serving add coriander leaves.
