Today's Recipe - Crevettes Grillees a Lai

Ingredents: prawnsMarinationlemonparsleygarlic paste: all to taste2 tbsp refined oilFor main preparation 1 tbsp refined oil2 tsp chopped shallots1 tsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp diced tomatoesmarinated prawnssalt to taste2 pinch of black pepper powder1 egg yolk4 tsp creamparsley to taste

Method: Marinate the prawns with lemon, parsley and garlic for 5 minutes and keep it aside. Then heat oil in pan and add the marinated prawns. Flash saut?a> them till light brown and keep them aside.For the main preparation, heat oil in pan. Add chopped shallots, chopped garlic and saut?hem till translucent. Then add diced tomatoes, marinated prawns along with limejuice, salt and pepper. Now mix the egg york and the cream in a bowl and add it to the pan, on low flame. Cook for about 2 minutes and then sprinkle chopped parsley. Crevettes grillees a lai is ready to eat. Serve hot.
