Ingredents: 2 dozen large prawns - shelled and de-veined Marinade100 gm yoghurt 100 gm hung curd 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp ginger paste 3 tbsp spring onion paste 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chilli powder 2 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tbsp chopped mint 3 tbsp oil 1 tsp salt Batter2 tbsp cream 100 ml yoghurt 3 tbsp flour 2 eggs salt Tomato chutney4 tomatoes- peeled, seeded and chopped 2 tsp ginger juice 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp grated jaggery 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Method: Combine marinade ingredients. Use to coat prawns. Set aside for2-3 hours. Mix batter ingredients together and coat marinated prawns. Grill while basting with oil till tender. Serve with chutney. For the tomato chutney, combine all ingredients together. Serve with prawns at room temperature.
