Ingredents: musselsturmeric powder to tastewaterrefined oil2 tsp lime juice1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp ginger paste1/2 tsp salt2 tsp egg1/2 tsp red chilli powder1/2tsp garam masala1 plate of semolina
Method: Boil mussels in water with turmeric powder for 4 to 5 minutes. Strain the water and remove the mussel meat from the shell.In a bowl add mussels, lime juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, egg, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it well.Now coat mussels with semolina and deep fry them till done. Kaithine Paichile is ready to eat. Serve hot with green chutney
