Ingredents: Bechamel saucebuttermilkwhite flour: all to tasteFor main preparation200 gm lobster meat1 tsp refined oil1 tsp butter2 tsp chopped onions1 tsp chopped garlic1 cup Bechamel Sauce2 tsp mushroom? tsp saltpinch of tarragonpinch of chervil? tsp mustard powder1 tsp white pepper powder2 tsp white wine2 tsp cream
Method: Cut the lobster into two horizontally and remove the lobster meat from the shell. For the bechamel sauce, add butter, milk and white flour and mix it well. Bechamel sauce is ready.For the main preparation, heat oil in pan. Add butter, onion, garlic and saut?a> till onion turn light brown. Then add bechamel sauce, mushrooms, lobster meat, salt, tarragon, chervil, mustard, white pepper powder, wine and cream. Mix it well.Spread the prepeartion on the lobster shell and Garnish with shredded cheese. Lobster thermidor is ready. Serve hot.
