Ingredents: 250 gm prawns100 ml oil25 gm garlic100 gm onions05 gm turmeric02 gm curry leavessalt to taste200 ml FenniPaste10 gm cumin seeds10 gm peppercorns100 gm red chillies200 ml coconut vinegar50 gm small dried shrimps25 gm ginger75 gm garlic
Method: Chop the onions and the garlic. Grind all the ingredients for the paste with the vinegar.Shell and clean the prawns.Heat oil and add the chopped garlic. When the garlic is golden brown add the chopped onions and saut?a>. Add the curry leaves and the paste and mix thoroughly and saut?or 10 minutes. Keep adding coconut vinegar if the mixture becomes dry.Mix in the prawns and cook for another 15 minutes. Finish by pouring in the Fenni.
