Ingredents: 1 small shark1 sliced onion2 tablespoons of oil4 pieces garlic1 small piece ginger? teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 teaspoon black pepper corns1 piece tamarind? cup water4 pieces kashmiri red chillies
Method: Add salt to the cut shark and keep aside for a few minutes. Grind garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, tamarind, and red chillies to a paste. Heat oil in pan and saut?a> sliced onions till golden brown. Add paste to the brown onions. Add ? cup water and bring to a boil. Add cut and salted shark. Cook till shark meat is tender. Serve with rice or bread.
