Ingredents: Crabssalt to tasteturmeric powder to taste1 tbsp clarified butterwaterFor the masala2 tbsp clarified butter3 tbsp chopped onions1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp ginger paste2 tbsp chopped tomatoes? tsp garam masala? tsp red chilli powder? tsp salt
Method: Clean the crabs and boil in water with salt and turmeric powder. Then heat clarified butter in pan. Add the crabs and saut?n oil till it is done. Remove from pan and keep aside. For the masala, heat clarified butter in pan. Add chopped onions and saut?hem till they turn light brown. Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped tomatoes, garam masala, red chilli powder, crab and salt and mix it well. Cook till the crab is done. Thuppa Deinji is ready to eat.
