Today's Recipe - Boullettes de Moutons aux Epinards

Ingredents: 150 gm minced meatMarinadesalt and pepper 1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp refined flourMain preparation2 tbsp refined oil2 tbsp chopped onions2 tbsp chopped tomatoes1 tsp chopped parsley3 tsp chopped spinachPinch of nutmeg? cup of cream

Method: Mix minced meat with salt, pepper powder, garlic and refined flour. Shape the meat into a palm sized ball.Now fry the meatballs on low flame for about 5 minutes and keep them aside.Heat oil in pan. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, parsley, spinach, nutmeg, fried meat balls and cream.Cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes. Boulettes de moutons aux epinards is ready.Serve hot with rice.
