Today's Recipe - Crispy Meat Nibbles with Yellow Sauce

Ingredents: ? kg boneless meat- cut into 2" cubeswater to half cover the meat? tsp turmeric powder1 tsp roasted, ground fennel seeds2 tsp ginger paste2 tsp garlic paste3 split green chilliessalt to tasteoil for deep frying2 large yellow capsicum- grilled and halved1 tbsp chopped spring onion1 tbsp oil125 ml curd3-4 tbsp cream? tsp chilli flakes1 tbsp chopped coriander

Method: Place meat in a pan with water. Add turmeric, ground fennel seeds, ginger, garlic, chillies and salt. Cover and cook until meat is just cooked.Remove lid and continue simmering until liquid evaporates. Shred meat. Remove skin from capsicum and add chop flesh. Set aside. Cook spring onion in oil for 1 minute.Pour in the yoghurt, cream and add the chilli flakes. Heat through sauce, season and add capsicum. Keep warm whilst frying meat. Heat oil. Deep fry meat until crisp. Drain. Transfer to a service plate. Stir coriander into the sauce before spooning over the meat. Serve immediately.
